Welcome to Echo Digital Legacy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Echo Digital Legacy ("Echo," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our digital legacy vault, scheduled messaging services, and physical keepsake deliveries.
By registering an account, completing a payment, or accessing the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Eligibility and Security
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account.
- Security Responsibility: You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach of your vault.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to maintain accurate, up-to-date profile and contact details for yourself, your recipients, and your keyholders.
2. Legacy Mode and Vault Activation
- Trusted Contacts: You may assign Trusted Contacts ("Keyholders") to verify your state and authorize the release of your vault under Legacy Mode.
