This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share your information when you register, access our services, and create messages for future delivery.
1. Information We Collect
To deliver our legacy services, we collect information across several categories:
- Account Profile Data: Name, email address, password, timezone preferences, and profile photographs.
- Legacy Vault Content: Messages, letters, voice memos, video uploads, and associated metadata (such as scheduled delivery dates, delivery rules, and recipient details).
- Recipient & Trusted Contact Data: Names, email addresses, and relationship labels for the individuals you nominate to receive your messages or act as keyholders to your vault.
- Billing & Transaction Data: One-time payments are processed securely by authorized payment providers (such as Stripe or Apple App Store). We do not store or process your raw credit card numbers or bank credentials; we only receive transaction status indicators and transaction IDs.
